Storm chasing season is here

I’m not much of summer person, but if there’s one thing in summer that I like, it’s the thunderstorms.

Yesterday was the first day that there was small thunderstorms forming within reasonable driving distance for daytrip. I spent majority of the day on the road chasing these storms. It’s not easy when the storms emerge quickly and disappear just as quickly. When you see a storm forming on a weather map and start driving to it, it’s probably gone by the time you get to it. But that’s the name of the game. I’m confident that there will be bigger and better storms later in the summer. Fingers crossed 🤞
